A £100 (non-refundable) deposit will be required to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the event.
Any malicious damages, breakages, excessive soiling or carelessness causing damage to the vehicle will be charged directly to the person placing the booking. Excessive soiling is determined by when the car cannot be easily rectified by the chauffeur with equipment provided in the vehicle and be deemed unsuitable for the next client.
A 50% cancellation charge of the full hire price will apply if the booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to event. If a booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the event, all monies paid will be non-refundable.”Additional Hours of Service Not Pre-Agreed
Any additional hours of service required which has not been pre-agreed, will be charged at £50 per hour.
No Smoking Policy
We operate a non-smoking policy within our vehicles.
We are a member of the official Rolls Royce Enthusiasts’ Club.
Our vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest levels and only maintained by Rolls-Royce Specialists. However, in the unfortunate event of a breakdown we cannot be held responsible.
Please note that every effort will be made to get you to your destination on time, but we are not liable for any loss due to delays caused by situations which are out of our control (for example, traffic jams, road works, extreme weather conditions, etc).
